2021 Angullong Shiraz

This Shiraz is fermented separately in stainless steel fermenters, with twice daily pump-overs to extract colour and flavour. The parcels were then matured in French Oak prior to blending. The end product is fresh and youthful aromas of mulberry, dark plums and forest floor with complementary oak. 14% ABV
